Meet the Pastor

Pastor Charles Bordonaro was born and raised in Connecticut. He came to know Christ as his personal Savior at age seventeen at Camp Northfield in Massachusetts. He received B.R.E and Th.B degrees from Baptist Bible College of PA. Following graduation in 1973, Pastor Bordonaro pastored churches in in upstate New York for twenty-one years. In 1994, he moved to California to serve the Lord in pastoral ministries on the west coast. He became the pastor of Northfield Baptist Church in 2005. He and his wife, Donna (Sullivan) Bordonaro, are the parents of four adult children. In addition to specific pastoral duties, Pastor Bordonaro has served on mission and seminary boards. He has been instrumental in the planting of two churches. He has a vocal solo music ministry and is the author of a book entitled "Free To Be Me." His book outlines the importance of being secure with God through the Lord Jesus Christ.
